2010 Schedule of Classes

These are Perinatal Loss Bereavement Training Classes.

They are designed for healthcare providers, funeral directors,

clergy, and mental health professionals.

Some classes are designed for those who work in Women's Services (L&D, SCN, HRP, FCC, Newborn Nursery, GYN, and Ultrasound). This includes physicians, nurse midwives, nurses, techs, Chaplains,

Social Workers, Clergy, Funeral Directors, MD Office Staff,

therapists, and others who work with grieving families.

Some classes are open to Northside Hospital employees only.

Northside Hospital is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Georgia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses

two-day Bereavement Training class that was created by and is offered by RTS.

This class covers PNL paperwork, consent forms, options for disposition and exam, resources for hospital staff and patients.

This class is open to Northside employees only.
