Donations
We are very grateful and appreciative of contributions to our program!
The Northside Hospital Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to Northside Hospital and the enrichment of the communities we serve.
Donations are tax deductible.
You will receive a notification that your donation was received, and the baby's family (if applicable) will receive a card in the mail to inform them of your generous gift.
To donate items:
- If you are donating an item in memory of a baby and would like a card that indicates so attached to the item, please let us know (or you can attach your own card). Parents often appreciate knowing that an item was made and/or donated in memory of a baby.
- We are in need of the following:
baby blankets burial wraps
hats socks and booties
keepsake boxes stuffed animals
all sizes baby clothing from preemie to 3 months
- If possible, please click here for the form that should accompany your donation (it's okay if you don't include the form, but it's very helpful if you do.) Just print the form, complete it, and send it with your donation.
- Items can be mailed to:

- If you prefer to drop off items, please contact the PNL Office to set up a time or place the items in a bag or box clearly marked PNL OFFICE. Leave it at the Labor & Delivery front desk. Contact our office to let us know you have dropped it off. atlantapnl@live.com or (404) 851-8177

OR

- Donations can be made before, during, and after the Walk.
