Zoe Rose Memorial Fndn
The Zoe Rose Memorial Foundation

A resource for parents and families of babies who are considered "micro-preemies" (born at 32 weeks of pregnancy or younger) -- providing information, emotional support, a website, and memorial events

This organization was created by a couple who had triplets born at 25 weeks and 5 days gestation.  Two of their daughters are home and doing well.  Their other daughter, Zoe Rose, died in her parents arms when she was 14 months old due to flu and pneumonia complicated by MRSA.
